Gender Differences in Aggression
Are males actually more likely than females to get angry?
You might think that they are, but the truth is that they aren’t. Males are as likely as females to experience anger in their daily lives. The only difference being the result of how they choose to express the emotion. Males are more likely to use physical aggression whereas females are more likely to use relational or indirect aggression. Relational and indirect aggression referring to examples such as leaving someone out in a group, spreading rumors, or sabotaging them.
